MOTIVATION! =)

I was just browsing the web... procrastinating... and came across the medal I will receive for finishing the 2006 Toronto Marathon! This is socool, I've never received any medals at races even though I particpated in 4 races from the Running Factory, here, in Windsor. I feel like a kid, I got so excited when I saw this =)


Today's a rest day before my LSD of 12 miles on Saturday, I'm hoping for cool weather like what seemed to be a fresh morning today!

ya, me too on 12 miles. i'm going to start as early as i can stomach it... this will be the furthest i'll have attempted to date. how about you? i'm on hal plan, novice.

Hey Jelly,

Yes I am following the novice marathon plan by the Running Guru Hal! I'm at week 7 and 12 miles will be my longest run ever! I did 10 miles in 1h55 two weeks ago but it was so cold and nice outside... I think its gonna be harder tomorrow. Oh well, planning on an early departure here too. I am bringing the mocha latte gel you tried before =)
