AS I'M SITTING HERE
At home, shivering with a fever under 2 blankets, the only thing I can think about is if I'm really that sick that I can't go for my 3 miler tonight.... what is wrong with me??!!

Sorry to hear your sick. Hope you recover soon. In the meantime, close your eyes and imagine that you're running 3 miles. Your brain won't know the difference.
