A QUICKIE...

Not the one you're probably thinking of! ....I ended not being able to get up this morning, so I had to fit a run after work and before tonight's pot luck dinner (I should leave now but I want to share my PR!). I ran 4 miles at an average pace of 9:38 min/mile! My fastest pace ever! It felt so great! I am so proud! The next runs will be done at a much reasonable pace but I wanted to push one last time before the marathon! You have a proud runner here =)
