RECOVERY WEEK

I took Monday off and my legs weren't that sore, it was quite surprising =) Foot is feeling medium so I am going to take advantage of my job insurance (yippee!) and try a new physiotherapist for cold laser on my PF.

Tuesday: 1K lane swimming in 21 mins

Wednesday: 1h25 on the bike
30 mins easy
20 mins 30s out of saddle every 2 mins
20 mins 30s hard every 2 mins
10 mins 30s out of saddle every 2 mins
5 mins cool down

Thursday: 3 mile run, beautiful 15°C and sunny. I LOVE SPRING!!
Mile 1 @ 12:12 min/mile (with Dad until 0.62 mile)
Mile 2 @ 10:57 min/mile
Mile 3 @ 10:34 min/mile

Near 2.5 mile a little boy about 8 years old was trying (and succeeding) at out running me. He was doing 9:30 min/mile pace!!! I was getting quite annoyed.... I mean its one thing to outrun me but he was turning to see if I was still following and giving me a big smile while I was huffing and puffing.... great a kid can beat me LOL

On a positive note, my fall races are decided!!

I registered for this half yesterday, going to visit Laurel and Flyers26
And I'm waiting to register for this one since I'm hopeful I could fix the stupid foot and run the marathon on my birthday!!! Crossing the bridge plays a big role on my desire to run the full too... But if it's not meant to be than I'll be happy to run the half =)
I'm getting some minor surgery tomorrow so will have to take it easy over the week-end.
Happy running to those who can!

BLOG N' MUSIC!

I surprised myself, it only took me 20 mins to figure out how to add the playlist to my blog. I'm getting better at this whole nerd computer thing =) I always spend 2-3 h on Katie's blog listening to her playlist so I thought it was about time I did my own.

Great week training wise so far for me.
Monday: Long strenght training
Tuesday: 2.5 miles run with Rocky
Wednesday: 35 mins on the bike (10 at 30s easy:30s hard)
Today: 1.25K swim in 26 mins (1K in 21 mins! I'm getting faster without training :o)
Tomorrow: Tae-Box at lunch time (a trial, let's hope I don't hurt anyone!)

I figured out a way to make it to the pool! I leave work early and can make it to the 4PM lane swimming. Gotta love my flexible schedule. It was great to be back in the pool after more than a month and half without going. I missed the water except the temperature today would have been more appropriate in a hot tub... I wanted to do 2K but I had to stop when I felt like I was going to faint!!

Is anyone still watching Grey's Anatomy, it's one of the only show I am still following (with 24!) and it's starting to really bug me the whole re-run thing.... end of rant ;-)

MANAGING IT ALL

So........ I haven't posted in 2 weeks? Wow that flew right by!! My job is keeping me really busy and guess what? I got my first paycheque!! I still can't believe that the government is taking almost half of it but eh c'est la vie!

I had my longest run of the year yesterday. I wanted to do it outside but it was -StupidCold/-28°C in the morning so I waited... 2h later it was only down 2°C...... so I dragged my ass downstair to suffer on the dreadmill. What a shock to realize that it wasn't THAT bad afterall. And I actually wasn't wanting to die the whole time =)

8 miles/13K in 1:35 with overall pace of 11:47 min/mile (!!!!) which is SPEED LIGHTING FAST for me these days .

The treadmill came to a brutal stop... so I had to re-start it and I still had lots of energy left so I decided to try for negative splits.

9.45K @12:16 min/mile (when it stopped....)
3.55K @ 11:22min/mile

I feel like a survivor, coming to a stop so suddently is not recommended... especially when you have wonky ankles, foot, legs etc like me ;-)

Anyhow, I hope you're all doing well and I'll try to catch up with you guys this week!

SO MUCH TO WRITE ABOUT SO LITTLE TIME TO DO IT!

I'm beat, the new job+commute is kicking my ass!! No time/motivation for anything computer related once I come back home on week nights and week-ends concist of trying to prepare all the meals, laundry etc. for the week to come.

The new job is great so far. I'm enjoying the projects I've been assigned to. Since there is no lab work involved I do not feel like a 'real' chemist right now but I think it's more an adaptation period to go through. I'm looking forward to my first pay cheque this week!! My first big purchase will be a new saddle for my bike. I want to get an ISM Adamo Women's saddle as recommended by my friend Jordan.

Training is going really well. I hit all my training last week. This week was harder, missed both strenght workouts (insert shameful expression) and the swim. I have a really hard time getting to the pool ay 9PM. I get up pretty early to avoid traffic and 9PM is almost my bed time. Not sure I'll do lots of swimming in the next few weeks.

Running is going well, my LSD is up to 6.25 miles (the Race is 15K or 9.4miles), train ticket is bought so I am going! PF is not back but I've been suffering from achilles tendonitis... which is NOT cool. Sometimes, I just feel like I should give up and get back to my old 'Couch potato' self... but gotta keep on trucking... right?

At least, there is my bike trainer which I still love, it's a blessing to be able to do intense workouts since running is not more than 2 times a week for me...

That's most news from me. I'm going to try and read all (gulp 156) messages you guys have written while I was sleeping LOL

BTW Happy Single Awareness Day! (aka Valentine's Day)

TRAINING WITH A STUPID FOOT ~ WEEK 4~

I went back to the Doc today. I went shopping with my Mom on Friday (for 9h!!!) and my foot was really sore at the end of the day. I thought this was a very bad sign and wanted to get it checked before I start the new job (Date is set! January 28 is my first day at my REAL job!).

Anyhow, I have no pain where the PF usually was. I can now stand on my heels and walk (which I hadn't been able to do for the past 15 months... ). It's a slow process, it is normal for my foot to be sore and feel 'weird' as I changed my way of walking to not feel too much pain when the PF was there.

Since the pain is not constant and it comes after a long day of walking or an intense run in the snow. She suggests RICE and not pushing it. Which is what I am going to do. Overall a positive meeting. I am still on the waiting list for the MRI but she thinks nothing will come out of it.

Here's last week in Review

Monday: Long strenght training following the lovely Carrie's program

Tuesday: Bike speed session . I ramped-up the 'speed' intervals this week from 10 mins to 15 mins. So includind warm up and cool down 35 mins on the bike

Wednesday: 25 mins run in Minus Mental (-34°C/29F)

Thursday: Short strength training and the first swim since November! 1.25K in a very respectable 29 mins I wasn't as rusty as I thought!

Friday: Rest = 9h of shoping!!

Saturday: Long ride on the trainer with some 'hills'.
30 mins @ Ride easy
10 mins @ 15 sec climbing out of the saddle every 2 mins (hard)
10 mins @ 30 sec climbing out of the saddle every 2 mins (really hard)
10 mins @ 45 sec climbing out of the saddle every 2 mins (holy f'ck hard!!)
10 mins @ cool down

Sunday: The worst run in the history of runs. 3.9 miles outside, streets and sidewalks were not plowed. I couldn't find my yak trax so this was like torture would feel. It was the worst run ever. Slow and bad footing. I hate winter.

Today I took a rest day, the mix of intense spin on Saturday and the bad footing of yesterday's run made my legs very tired and sore. Back to regular programming tomorrow. As much as I am excited to start the new job, I am also super scared of the real world. Hopefully, I won't suck too much LOL

Have a good week everyone!

TRAINING WITH A STUPID FOOT ~ WEEK 3~

Training is going well but I've been asked if my foot hurts... no it does not hurt BUT it doesn't feel quite right... sigh... is that a BIG problem?? It is really tight and it goes up my calf too, so I am stretching a lot and massaging too...

Otherwise it's been a great week. Nutrition is back to a normal level and I lost a couple of pounds this week.

Here's last week in Review
Monday: 40 mins run with my Dad

Tuesday: Bike speed session . Same as last week but a lot easier so I am ready to ramp-up the 'speed intervals this week.

10 mins warm-up
10 mins speed session (30 sec hard/30 sec easy)
10 mins cool down

Wednesday: We got hit with 30 cm/12 inches of snow. My parents left for a trip so I was in charge of all the shoveling by myself.... 2h30 of shoveling later I was too exhausted to run!

Thursday: 2h of shoveling, 25 mins run on the treadmill and I wanted to die the whole time (shoes were great though!). Finished it off with a long strenght training... I was sore from shoveling so this wasn't my smartest idea LOL

Friday: 1h shoveling (and totally done!)

Saturday: Long ride on the trainer; riding easy for 55 mins then 15-30 sec pick up climbing out
of the saddle (hard!)

Today: 'Long' run well if you can call 3 miles like that which was totally AWESOME!

Most of the streets where plowed and I wanted to test how fast I could go, still comfortably hard.

Mile 1: 11:27 min/mile
Mile 2: 11:34 min/mile
Mile 3: 11:26 min/mile

I am so very happy with this run. =) I was afraid I didn't have it in me cause I am running with my Dad often and the pace is really slow (for me, not for him). I want to run 12 min/mile at ATB so better get started. I did a 20 mins cool down on the trainer when I came back home. I'm really liking the indoor trainer.

Have a good week everyone!

AROUND THE BAY HERE I COME!

I started my new training schedule 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping the amount of cross training will keep me away from more injuries....

Everything is going well so far. The runs are great but my foot/ankle is sore the day after I run. I am doing tons of stretching exercices and using Icy/Hot to massage it. So far so good. I don't think I could up the runs to 3 times a week right now....

I am still on the quest for the perfect shoe.. after spending 1h and trying about 10 pair of shoes I ended up buying the most expensive ones at the Running Room... The Brooks Trance 8 that I paid a big fortune: 225$ CDN, they better be worth it! I tried them last and they fit perfectly, tomorrow will be my first run with them. I'm hoping not to lose any toenails with those.. the Asics were a killer for me.

I am starting my new job next week!! I decide to take a chance on the City of Montreal one. I am super excited and pumped! In the meantime I am enjoying these last few days of freedom =)

Have a good week everyone!

LIFE WITHOUT RUNNING....

I'm repeating myself but I MISS RUNNING!!!!!! A WHOLE F'ING LOT!!!!

So, it has been a month since I got my 2nd cortisone injection. The radiologist told me that I could start running after a month of down time but my foot does not feel fine =( At all..... and instead of pushing through the pain (like I used to do...) I will wait to run and go see the doctor at the clinic AGAIN.

I will do it tomorrow as I had to wait for my fellowship documents to be sent. The radiologist who did my cortisone injection has supposedly sent a reference to "my doctor" (no really my Dr. but the emergency on staff person) saying I need a bone scan. I also want to be directed to a orthopedist or some other specialist of the foot (but not a podiatrist) since they are not considered regular doctors in our health systems. Anyway, not running sucks and I hate it.

I've been doing REAL good with my cross training sticking to the schedule but I just find million of reasons not to do the strenght training. Not sure why I dislike it that much... but it is painfully hard to get motivated on Sundays.... so I missed last 2 Sundays LOL
Date Duration Distance Type Where
Nov-18 00:24:00 1.00 Swim Piscine Roussin Swim
Nov-17 00:27:34 10.00 Bike Stationary Bike
Nov-14 01:07:01 25.26 Bike Long ride to Parc Pointe-aux-
Nov-13 00:30:00 1.15 Swim Piscine Roussin Swim
Nov-12 00:28:18 10.25 Bike Last ride with Bijou outside... =(
Nov-11 00:24:00 1.00 Swim Piscine Roussin Swim
Nov-8 00:23:36 10.00 Bike Stationary Bike
Oh well, I'm happy to get exercice on regular basis anyway. I also didn't train today but I think I am coming down with something so this is my reason ;-)
Have a good week everyone!!

I'M LOVING THE INDIAN SUMMER!!!

This is my new training plan (since running is out of the schedule still):

Mon/Wed/Fri = Bike days (between 30 mins and 1h)
Tues/Thur = Swim days
Sunday = Strength training

It's been totally gorgeous here for the past 3 days! I had to take advantage of it, so I took Bijou out of her hibernation for a ride today, 31 miles in 2h23. A little slower than last August (2h18) but the wind was a killer coming back. I was planning to do 1h but the weather was so awesome that I kept going for just 1 more mile LOL

Yesterday, I went to the pool and did 2K in 47 mins. My fastest time so far... that cute guy I was chasing definitely motivated me ;-) On Sunday, I did some strenght training... which was the first time in about 6 months LOL I'm on my way to recovery folks! I just need to be patient and not miss running too much (which I do... so much...)

On another note, my Dad and I were watching the US election night yesterday and we were so happy that Obama won so easily (I thought it would be much closer!). I cried a little, I am not black or anything but it gives me hope for the future. That racism will be over someday, maybe I am naive... but anyone can dream.... right?

Have a good running week everybody! Run for me!

BUSY MONDAY

Giving a week rest to my foot seems to have done some good. I was able to run 1h with my Dad this morning. It was his first time going farther than 5K!! I told him we could just do one 10 mins interval more than he usual does and we ended up with 1h!! He was pretty happy I pushed him to go further and we ended up doing 7.12K.

My hair had barely time to dry from the morning shower when I met my friend, Marika, and we went to the Olympic pool to swim. We did 2K!!! She's the one who helped me with my technique a few weeks ago. Going with her really pushed me to go faster and I finished the 2K in 50 mins! She did pass me 4 times... but with her background as a swimmer I'm just happy she didn't pass me more often lol

I'm limping a little right now but not as bad as last Monday after my double racing week-end!

Have a good running week everybody

AS READY AS ONE CAN BE!!

Monday, one of my friend who was a swim coach for many years gave me a private class! She had great little tips to improve my form and my breathing. I already feel like my style is a lot smoother. She that said for someone who never took swim classes and pretty much imitated other's people swim my technique was awesome which made me very happy.

Crotchy is back to normal. Alleluia!! So I was able to do 10K on the bike in about 30 mins today (taking things slowly to get back at it lol). Thanks for your support and for laughing at me... no biggies I love to entertain you guys!!

Tomorrow morning will be the last run with my Dad before the Big week-end races. I was thinking of getting my Dad some sort of special present for the race but I don't know exactly what to get him...

Today, while he was away shopping, I prepared signs for the Big Race. My Mom and my Aunt are coming to cheer us so I wanted us to be able to see them from far away. I'm definitely as excited as he is for his racing debut =)

Here are the signs (I do hope my Dad will not look at my blog before the race as this is a surprise right now!!). Obviously they are all in French since we are French lol

This one says: Roger 'Don't fucking stop'

Roger 'don't let Sonia win!'

Hurry up Roger, the beer will be warm!
P.S. Do not look up foot injuries or foot surgeries on google image as you get some pretty nasty stuff you might not ever want to see.... I spared you guys on this.... believe me!!!!

CROTCHY PAIN...
After reading about all of Marcy's crotchy related problem, I never thought I would be the next target... YES, the bike is evil for me. After Monday's 50K ride, things were sensitive but nothing too too bad.... Then Tuesday was a 2 mile run, Wednesday was a brick workout 30/20 total 12K ride and 2 mile run. But it's really Thursday that killed me.... Our community pool has been close since the end of August and I've found no replacement close by. And with 1 week to go before my final tri of the season I felt like I needed a pool workout.

I thought: "hey I have to be downtown tomorrow for an event, so I'll just take Granny out of the garbage bin, stopped at the pool and made it to the exhibit, plus bike back home". Total 35K ride. Not bad, or so I thought.

Right.... Freakin. Bad. Idea. The streets in Montreal are like Beyrouth. I swear to god, it was THAT bad. So, my brilliant training idea became a nightmare. I made it to the pool in one piece but crotchy already started to hurt. The saddle on Granny is killing my private parts...

So, got to the pool, swam 1500 m. Practiced bi-lateral breathing. Felt pretty happy about myself and almost forgot I had to go back on Granny. Sigh. The ride home was the most painful thing ever. I HATE GRANNY!!

2 days later and I'm still suffering the repercussions of this bike ride. Plus, I'm sick with a stomach bug. Great. Hopefully crotch pain will be gone for my double header next week....

So.... Marcy do you put a cream down there or smth?! LOL

GLUED TO THE TV....

I had the option to go out and enjoy a band outside but no came back home to watch the Women's marathon in Bejiing!! My family thinks I am totally insane... Poor Deana Castor out after only 5K... it makes me pretty sad.

I biked to my cousin's house today, about 34K in 1h16 for an average speed of 26.6K! That means I can speed up in a race more than what I did last time. Did I tell you how much I LOVE my bike?! It was my longest ride so far =) It went really well.

It's coming back driving that I almost got into an accident. A car who was turning left went in my lane as if I wasn't there!! WTH! I had to go in the lane of the upcoming traffic, thank god nobody was there... so yeah big scare... But Rocky and I are alive lol

Tomorrow is a long run, I'm aiming for 1h! Have a good week-end everybody!

DECISION AND BIKE STORIES

Ok, so here's the deal, I'm registered for the the Quebec City half which I would love to do.... but I'm definitely not sure it's a good idea!! 1- My foot is screwed up and 2- It's called I haven't done the training for a half, in fact I haven't run over an hour in the last few months! But I really want to do it anyway... Does that make sense?! LoL

Last time I pulled a half with no or little training I had an awesome time and did well, 2:22 in Detroit but I believe some of my foot issues might be coming from that event.... So yeah, the 10K would be better for me...but I just can't seem to commit to downgrade...

Thurday: 1250 m in 29 mins at the pool

Friday, was my long ride of 30.3K in 1h16. It was a little more but I stopped my watch at a red light to have a sip of water and forgot to start it again... I realised about 5 mins later, oh well no biggie!

I was going pretty fast (for me!) at 30-35 Km/h at some point and got super scared. I kept thinking what if I hit a rock? What if I fell off the bike? Or what if a car hits me? At the speed I am going, I might be very injured or die... so pretty dark toughts on the bike for moi. Not sure why I was thinking about that... silly me! Anyhow, it reminded me how much I love running, where my toughts just keep wandering while on the bike you gotta concentrate on all other stuff (road, rocks, people, car etc.) than your toughts!

Oh and I might not have done a 300 miler bike ride yet like Ken, but Bijou is hurting my private parts.... so yeah lots of vaseline will be put before I head out next time... lol

I'm going to do my long run (55 mins) tomorrow in Montreal (if I get up early) or in Ottawa! Going to Ottawa for a second week-end in a row! This time to see friends from Windsor who are on vacation.

Have a good week-end everybody =)

WEEK-END IN OTTAWA/GATINEAU & MY FIRST RIDE ON BIJOU!

My week-end was just awesome!! Rocky met a new friend, Jake, and he didn't bark or growl at him which is always good! =) He was also the start of the Running mania 3 year Anniversary party.

I wasn't sure if I was going to come back with him... after Andy gave him food, he was totally in love with him!

I went for a nice LSD on the Canal on Sunday, reminded me of Windsor with its waterfront, but this one is much longer! I got 4.5 miles in in 53 mins and it was a lot better than a week ago where I did 4 agonising miles in 50 mins.

Monday I did 45 mins on the stationary bikes, Tuesday was a run/swim/bike day with 4.4K/1.5K/4K while today was a brick workout. I was scared of falling off my bike due to the clips but I practiced on my street for 30 mins before heading out! My mom even went out with me as she was scared I would not survive without supervision lol

I ended up doing 45 mins/15K on Bijou, trying to get comfortable changing gears and going into aero bar position but I was still kinda shaky! I'm really happy to report, that I have not fallen and I'm getting more and more comfortable clipping in and out! =) Now I really want to find a place to go where there are going to be no red lights and no slow peeps! I followed the bike with a 5K run with my Dad.

Here's a picture of me and my Jewel!!

HAPPY BLOGAVERSARY TO ME!

2 years ago, I started this blog with the intention of recording my first marathon training. I was not sure if I would want to keep writing once the marathon was over but I quickly realised that I love to share my training and get feedback from other runners. Friends you make on the internet are valuable. I haven't stopped blogging since I started. I also had no clue that I would meet some fellow bloggers who leave comments here (Kenny, Francis, Shelley, Jelly and Laurel). It always felt like I was meeting old friends. =) I'm looking forward to meeting a new one in Quebec city at the end of August too!!

As far as training, everything is going well and I lost some weight this week so I couldn't be happier!!

Monday: Ride 20K in 47:11 (stationary bike)

Tuesday: Swim 1250m in 33:00, Bike 4K in 13:53, Run 5K 43:19 (With Dad)

Wednesday: Bootcamp video that kicked my a$$... 40 mins

Thursday: Swim 1150m in 30:00, run, Run 5K 42:20 (With Dad)

Friday: Brick workout. Long ride 15 miles in 1:10, Short fast run 1 mile in 9:48!! (woohoo!!!)

You will notice I am kinda undecided and confused in my distances. Sometimes I do it in Km while othe time it's in miles... I am definitely more comfortable for paces in miles but all the triathlon are in Km so I am trying to adjust!

Also, I went to pick up Bijou yesterday (that's my new bike's name!) but she was n't there. =( She got lost in shipping and I went all the way to St-Jerome for nothing. My friend told me he will get her next Tuesday, so I could pick her up Wed or Thurs.... this sucks, I was very looking forward to riding my new bike this week-end! Granny has no retired yet... and my long ride hurt my wrist. boohoo...

I'm off to Ottawa for the week-end celebrating Runningmania.com 3rd anniversary!

Have a good week-end everybody =)

LONGEST RUN SINCE THE CORTISONE INJECTION

Very happy to have that done, only 4 miles but that was enough for me (and Rocky!) this morning. Close to 34 °C with the humidity, that literally killed us! We were Slow, 52 mins @ 12:58 min/mile, with a capital S but at least we were not sitting on the couch eating crap!!

I have put on 25 lbs in the last 8 months, combine the foot issues with finishing a Ph.D. thesis and that's what it does to you. I am working hard on getting back in shape and my brand new and shiny bike will be a big motivator for me.

Here's the new race target: Triathlon de Montréal an Olympic tri on September 13rd. I got a novice training schedule on the internet and this is what my plan will look like. Replacing the Tuesday with the Monday since the pool here only has lanes on Tuesday and Thiursday. Lots of fun to come =)

GUESS WHAT??

Little trip to the podiatrist today, where I learned that I have MORE foot problems, this is seriously getting old...

It has a huge name too: Neuroma of the calcaneal branch of the posterior tibial nerve. Some sort of cysts on the nerve which is pretty rare according to my podiatrist... they are going to adjust my orthotics to remove pressure from the cysts (putting wholes where the cysts are). I have 2 on the foot where I had the cortisone injection and 1 on the other.... If this doesn'T work seems the solution is a freakin cortisone injection!! I am so pissed!! This hurts like hell, is expensive and I don't want to have another one! I freakin' sucks that this problem was hidden by the PF too...

Today's workout
I went for a 30 mins jog easy this morning, 2.5 miles were done. It was almost 10AM by the time I got out so way too hot for my own like... Rocky tought so too!! I just came back from the pool, 1000m in 27 mins. I wasn't in the mood, it was really hard to get into it...

psstt I have started shopping for a new bike 'insert shameful expression'...

SORENESS!

Today is the first day that I'm finally not sore. Wow that hadn't happen to me since last marathon training... maybe I'm pushing it a little! ;-)

Tuesday 3.1 miles @ 11:57 min/mile (with Flashy)
Wednesday 3.1 miles @ 10:52 min/mile (with Rocky)

I wasn't suppose to run today since I'm tapering but it was so gorgeous: 10°C and sunny that I didn't want to let this go. Also, a friend from runningmania.com who has cancer asked that we dedicate our run to her today so I wanted to do that for her.

I'm still suffering from plantar fascitis but its been less painful since I've been back to the chiropractor for 2 appts. I'm really hoping I won't have any issues on sunday. Anyhow, I'm running the 30K with 3 friends, taking it easy and not worrying with time! I'm sure its going to be lots of fun. I'm looking forward to it =)

Have a good rest of week! I'm only going to blog again for the race report on Monday!

A BAD LSD...

I guess these things happen but when you're about to run 30K you'd prefer they would all be great!! Truthfully, I'm a little depressed.... so when I ran 13 miles last week @ 11:48 min/mile, it was hard but there was no way I wasn't finishing it.

Today was suppose to be 15-16 miles or 3h whichever would come first. I could feel I wasn't into it as soon as I started... bad news. I kept on trying but my mind wasn't into it. It was the slowest I've ever been 12+ min per miles almost the entire way and then around mile 11 my knee started to hurt (my calf was solid rock) and I had to walk several times (13+ and 14+ min per miles for the last 2 miles!). I felt like my legs were made of lead and didn't want to move forward.

So in the end, with lots of self pep-talk, I did 13.5 miles in 2h48 @ 12:29 min/mile. I'm not questionning my desire to run the 30K but I'm questionning my ability to do it (in a good time). The fact is, the training has been sporadic and sometime inexistant and I know I'm far away from last year's shape. I will not make it close to a time I'd like but I do think I could make it to the end line with some walking. Fortunately, I have friends who are willing to run it with me so I wouldn't be alone.

I'm going to get some A.R.T. done on my knee/calf tomorrow and see what my chiropractor says. I do not want to risk an injury for this race. I have a fall marathon to train for ;-)

Anyway, thanks for reading all my ramblings!!

Happy Easter! Joyeuses Pâques!
