YOU & ME GIRLFRIEND!!

I actually feel like I have something in common with Oprah now... and it is not her fortune or kick ass marathon time!!

p-s I don't know how to add a video properly so this is my lame attempt! (FIXED!!!)

I went on the trainer today, a big 20 mins, it feels weird. The chain is weird. I dunno if I set it up right. It seems very hard to pedal and mechanical... hard to explain. I need a man to take care of this shiz!

there's a way to embed the video, but i can't remember how at the moment. Good luck with the chain! Hope you didn't get buried in the snow! :D

The embedding portion is in French, that's why you can't do it......Ha. So you need a man, just to use........ Being on your trainer for 20 minutes is weird, give the guy a break.

The trainer is a bit weird. If it isn't spinning easily you might need to adjust something, otherwise it might just take some getting used to. 20 mins on the trainer is great.

My husband uses mine fairly often, but I have a hard time with it (just like I have a hard time iwth the treadmill).

Just add the link that says "Embed" it's on the right.

I have this love/hate thing with Oprah. Sometimes I love her and sometimes I hate her. Anyway, I'm glad she came out with this. I think it will help others get back into the swing of things :-)

Hmm, maybe your trainer tension is set badly? The roller should be close enough to the wheel so that if you hold the roller and try to move the wheel it won't move. But it should be just at this point... Otherwise, if you got an adjustable tension trainer maybe your tension is set way at the top.

I really am not a huge fan of Oprah. However, I did hear that she has gained quite a bit. Time for her to sign up another marathon !!!

Is it wrong that it makes me feel good to see Oprah struggling? Wait, that came out wrong. What I mean, is that if Oprah has trouble with her weight even with her access to personal chefs and trainers and all the jazz, then I don't feel so bad about the days that I feel like I'm 'off-the-wagon.' We're only human.

I am glad that Oprah is finally talking about this. I hope it inspires others.

Maybe I am just a dude, but the only talk show host that I am aware of is Jerry Springer. Oprah who?

Oprah does not need to be embarrassed at all! Weight loss is a work in progress. You get better, you get worse, but you just keep going and learning!

Oprah struggles as much as the rest of us I guess - and she's made a lot of money by being public in her failures. Wish it could work the same for me - haha.

I think the tension must be set too high on your trainer? What kind are you using?

I guess all the money in the world wont make you skinny. Hope you get that trainer fixed!
